Pastor Hall accepted Christ as his personal Savior as a child. He felt called into ministry at the age of 16. He was ordained as a minister in 1984. Pastor Hall has an earned ThM and ThD and has been in full-time Christian service for nearly forty years. His ministry continues as he leads the people of  Faith Baptist Church in growing in their faith and reaching those in our community.

Pastor Hall and his wife, Rita, have been married since 1983. They have three children and eight grand children who all reside on Delmarva. In his spare time, Pastor Hall enjoys spending time with his grand children, reading, and studying all types of history.
